Privacy policy

Who we are

Rolomine is operated by SIA "ICG Commerce", registered at Pūces iela 47-29B, Rīga, LV-1082, Latvia, company number 40203162701. For data protection purposes we are the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: privacy@rolomine.com.

What we collect and why

• Your email address: to deliver your report and to contact you about it. Basis: performance of a contract.
• Your uploaded connections file: name, job title, employer, connection date and profile URL for each of your connections. Used solely to produce your report. Basis: performance of a contract with you; legitimate interests in respect of the connections themselves, balanced against the fact that this is data you already hold about people you know, is not enriched, and is not disclosed to anyone else.
• What you tell us you sell: used as the criteria for the analysis.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a transaction reference.
• Your IP address: recorded with a scan solely to limit abuse of the free tier.
• Analytics and advertising measurement: page views on marketing pages via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and conversion events to Meta where a visit came from an advert. Meta receives your email address only as an irreversible SHA-256 hash. Report pages are excluded from all of it. Basis: legitimate interests in understanding whether our advertising works.

Processors and international transfers

We are established in Latvia and data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany, both inside the EU. We use Anthropic (analysis), Stripe (payments), Google (email delivery and analytics) and DigitalOcean (hosting) as processors, and Meta for advertising measurement. Analysis by Anthropic may involve processing outside the EEA, carried out under the standard contractual clauses in their data processing agreement. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models.

Retention

• Uploaded connections: deleted once a paid report is delivered; within 7 days for an unpaid scan.
• Reports: retained so your link continues to work, until you ask us to delete them.
• Research notes: up to 30 days.
• Company information: indefinitely. Contains no personal data.
• Email address and transaction records: as long as required for accounting, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email privacy@rolomine.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), or to the supervisory authority where you live.

If you are one of someone else's connections and would like your details removed from any report, write to the same address. We will remove you and record the request so you are excluded from future reports.

Cookies

Nothing beyond what is needed to run the site is set until you choose. A banner appears on your first visit with Accept and Reject given equal weight, and you can change your mind at any time through the Cookie choices link in the footer.

• Necessary: keeping your scan working and the site secure. No tracking, always on.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to see which pages get read and where people give up. Never loaded on scan or report pages.
• Advertising: the Meta pixel, only if you agree, and only to measure whether an advert brought you here. It is not injected at all until you consent.

Google tags use Consent Mode v2: they start with every consent signal denied and only store anything once you agree. We do not sell advertising on this site and run no ad network.
